Remanufactured HP 57 C6657AN Tri-color Ink Cartridge

About a week ago I ordered two cartridges. They arrived in two days but unfortunately one would not work. I contacted 123inkcartridges, explained the problem and they quickly offered to send a replacement which also arrived in two days. The new cartridge seems to work just fine. I wrote an unkind review a couple of days ago about being kept waiting on line for 35 minutes but I have to say that my annoyance resulted in me calling the company and the response was immediate. Thanks, guys for the speedy response.

Remanufactured HP 57 C6657AN Tri-color Ink Cartridge

As usual the delivery was excellent but unfortunately the #57 cartridge did not work at all in spite of following the troubleshooting guide; the #56 cartridge worked just fine. The lady to whom I was speaking on line put me into a queue and advised that she "would be back shortly". After a 35 minute wait I decided to call the company, spoke to someone else who said "we'll send you a replacement". I can live with that but a 35 minute wait for an agent to respond is extremely poor customer service.
