Shopper support team was exceptionally good. They sent me a new one as soon as I complained about my issue. They deserve 7 start service. The bed frame is super sturdy and comfortable to sleep at. It can match with a 500$ bed frame from any reputable brand.

I was very excited while I was assmebling the bed frame. When I did the 99% of the work I had realized the part K (middle part) is actually defective. The slots for the slats are inverted for the half side of the middle part. Now I can't diassmeble the whole frame. This was a very hectic job to reach this point. I would request the Shopper+ team to only send me this part as soon as possible. I don't want returns or refunds as I don't want to undo all the work I have done to put it together.
