Compatible HP 126A CE311A Cyan Toner Cartridge - Moustache® - 1/Pack

Even though I bought this cartridge in Sept 2015, I did not start using it until about 4 months ago. After about 2 months of use the cartridge started to leave blue borders on all the pages. I returned the cartridge, and the girl told me it was past the year warranty period. I tried to explain to her that I only started using it 4 months ago. She turned a deaf ear to me, so I had no other choice but to buy a new one. Not very good customer service. Also, this is not the first time that it has happened to me. I had a problem with the red cartridge, and it was replaced no questions asked. Very good service. The colors are still not true. The red sometimes prints a pinkish color. I use red on most of my printing. Think you should check the quality of the red. Also, sometimes there is a blue tint that prints around the black
