This pressure cooker is great! I've used it to cook rice many times now. It saves me a lot of time (ready in minutes). Compared to my traditional rice cooker, it not only cooks faster but the rice actually tastes better. My whole family agrees. What I am most impressed with is that when I reheat the rice, the rice still tastes good like when I first cooked it.
