Nice and bright, I find the colour good. Slight delay in the start up, perhaps half a second slower than an incandescent.

A basic diffuser for your pop up flash. It has a strap that slips under the pop up flash to secure it, which might not be an option on all cameras. Regardless, its a good price for what it is.
