Cable Pass-Through Wall Plate - Brush Style with Wall Clip - Single Gang - White

The included template is a thick laminated card which has a tiny sticky section in the middle. Tracing the outline and then cutting left me with a hole too small so I had to widen it a bit.

There is no included template to help you mount this on the wall. You must extend the mount forward to access the mounting holes so it's nearly impossible to mark the spots to drill without a helper. There are a variety of mounting bolts for different TVs and each part pouch is labelled with a letter that matches the instruction booklet so you're not searching a huge bag of assorted parts..

The included "Tamplate" is printed on a folded piece of paper that you have to cut out yourself. With such a useful tool, I'd rather just measure the size myself. Also make sure to position the text sideways if you actually want the brush plate and receptacle side by side instead of on top and below.
