HP 11 C4810A Original Black Printhead

didn't work. Got hold of supplier and kind of got the run around. First they said they would help me, then they said I had to get hold of hp. I did that and was on the phone for at least 45 minutes. They gave me a code that said the printer head was faulty and to give that back to the supplier. Phoned them again and they said I should have asked hp for a replacement. I was getting really frustrated at that point because I need my printer for business. She finally said she would take care of it but didn't know how long it would take. Finally she e-mailed me a return for the print head which I am now sending back to them. Not happy
