The spatula portion is really long and the handle support is only like a centimetre into the flipper portion, meaning it is really floppy. It works fine for light things, but i think it is too floppy for anything that weighs more than an egg.

This is too corse for spices and zest, so it only works for cheese. It is a lot flimsier than I thought. You can easily bend the metal with a medium amount of pressure. Will be returning.
