I'm overall super happy with my new chair! After dealing with gaming chairs of terrible quality, I decided it was time for something different—a replacement that looks great, is functional, high-quality, and modern. However, most ergonomic office chairs I found were either bizarrely designed (resembling prosthetics for quadriplegia) or "boring and outdated." I spent four months unsuccessfully researching the market until I stumbled upon this beauty. Despite a nightmare experience with the shipping company, the chair finally arrived. Assembling it was a breeze—I had it ready in just five minutes. And wow! It fits perfectly with my home office décor. That said, the actual chair does differ slightly from the pictures: the cylinder is black instead of gray, the fabric isn’t as premium-looking as shown, and the wheels are traditional (not hollow). Still, it’s an incredible value! The chair is super elegant, contemporary, functional, and seems very well-made. It’s a more affordable variation of a well-known model, the Clatina Mellet (which has a different backrest, headrest, and metallic base). Honestly, I prefer this version. It doesn’t have that “mechanic shop” smell some chairs come with and feels robust and stable. And yes, let me emphasize again—it’s a beautiful chair that looks both badass and elegant! Pros: - Modern design: I absolutely love how sleek and contemporary it looks! - Robust and stable: The metallic base feels built like a tank. - Highly adjustable: Seat height, seat position (back/forth), backrest height, lumbar support, and incline are all customizable. Cons: - Seat foam is somehow firm: It might be too hard for lighter individuals, though it could soften with time. - Lumbar support is intense: Initially, it caused minor discomfort, but this might improve as I adjust to it. - Incline doesn’t lock: While the backrest reclines up to 135 degrees, it doesn’t hold its position, which is disappointing. - Armrests are short: They leave elbows unsupported in some positions. Only the black model has upgraded, longer armrests. - Plastic wheelbase: This isn’t a dealbreaker, but a metallic wheelbase would have been preferable. - Doesn’t perfectly match the picture: The fabric, black cylinder, and traditional wheels differ slightly from what’s advertised.
