Hi there, According to the notes on file, you spoke with our agent Luna. She explained that unfortunately, you had purchased the incorrect toner for your printer. The product page also indicates the compatible printers for all inks and toners that we sell for future reference. Once the seal is removed, we are unable to accept it as a return, unfortunately.
