Canon 131 compatibleToner Cartridge Combo BK/C/M/Y - Moustache®

3/5

I was happy that I could purchase this item from Canada and a Canadian retailer. I previously purchased it from Costco. However, I was surprised that the package had 2 larger cartridges of Cyan and Blue. But the Magenta(which was actually the cartridge I needed right away) was a SMALL cartridge. I feel surprised and a bit ripped off at this.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you were able to purchase the item from a Canadian retailer, but we’re sorry to hear about the issue with the cartridge sizes. We understand how frustrating it must be to receive a smaller Magenta cartridge when you needed it right away. We’ll take your comments into consideration and work on improving product descriptions to avoid confusion in the future. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
