has a few quirks. power on/off, pairing sounds are too loud. docking turns on bright light. not good for bedtime. Would prefer light stays off until I choose to enable. green charging light is 'okay", but again wish could disable or something softer sound quality to connect to a projector in the bedroom is pretty good considering.

lights give a great ambience, have 3 brightness levels. Turned on by double pressing quickly the power button. 1 press shows the battery %. 3 attached cables, lightning charges devices (phone), USB-A for recharging the battery. USB-C cable is NOT bidirectional, it can only charge device -1 star for that. Need to use separate USB-C to C cable to recharge battery. USB outputs automatically turn off after 15 seconds with low current draw :( common among power banks these days... Was trying to use for 5V fan. HACK: turn on the lights, then the 5V rail stays on. SWEET ! Running 12 hours w/ fan and only drained ~25%

Once it was GREAT, now it is BAD. brown box version matches specifications. White box, twice now, is cheap junk, doesn't have LED ring, doesn't have USB-PD 20v profile, cable isn't as robust. I need a second unit for my other vehicle, frustrated I can't get a matching one :( Prime Cables needs to update their description or flush these "BAD" white box units from their inventory. Maybe create different SKU number.

Okay so far. To note: the USB-C port does not support data, only charging. Still need adapter for USB-c USB keys. USB 2.0 ports are also blue. Have to look inside for lack of 2nd row of pins. This is not USBIF standards compliant. Blue is for 3.0+ speeds.

Can be great, can be junk... received two different version of the same model. not sure which is "newer" or "old stock". Brown cardboard version works well so far, feels sturdy, has the 20V USB-PD profile. White box version on left felt light, cheap, misaligned USB-C connector, and specifications missing 20V option!! BAD
