well-packed, very little assembly required. Cabinet is very sturdy and well-built. Nice finish. Drawers glide smoothly and inner organizers are useful. The lock is adequate for cabinet of this type and two keys provided.

As others have noted, it wobbles - to the extent that if you rest your forearms on the desk surface while typing it will set monitors, drinks etc. into a constant wobbling motion - at any height. If you have no tolerance for movement of your desk surface, I wouldn't recommend. That said, it is a sturdy build, easy to assemble, and has quiet, powerful motors with quick movement. I'm currently using it and the ability to stand outweigh the negatives.
