Nice small coffee maker for the boardroom, quieter than our current one, which was my only requirement. Only makes 1 size of coffee, 12 oz. 1st cup takes a few minutes, makes 2 cups, maybe 3. We have only ever made 1 cup. Seems to make a good hot cup of coffee. Love that it can use pods or ground coffee. Works for what we wanted it to do. We do not make a lot of coffee in the boardroom.
