Purchased this one over 4 years ago replacing a Costco one worth far more but lasted only 1.5 years.....this was my best decision especially at the PLUS price....excellent product I highly recommend it everything works perfectly and very easy to install....just make sure your existing toilet will fit it as it does have a larger back part than others. My toilet is an all in one no separate tank which made it a very tight install...but overall it works great and still love it.....it helps reduce toilet paper consumption and as you get older it sure helps with any hygiene issues.....our bathroom is s bit cold in winter but the warm seta overcomes that issue......can't say enough about this product...one of the best purchases I have made!

Excellent product....in comparison I purchased bidet 3 years ago which was twice the cost of this one......it lasted less than a year befroe I sent back for warrnaty issues.......I have had this one for more than a year with no issues what so ever and it works better than the more expensive one and this one has more features.....I love the endless hot water and night light....I am extremely happy with the product and would strongly recommend it.

Unfortunately it did not work in my P-Touch it is the right model but very old.... the material used was too light in texture and did not auto feed through the channel in the P-Touch....when I advised shopper + they immediately refunded the costs without any issues....that is why I continue to shop at Shopper + I have no hassles.
