Not sure the black is as black as it should be bring new. The color cartridge was unable to be read by printer….called customer service and being replace. Great customer service rectifying issue…..thank you!

I have not used the color cartridge as of yet - Product number does match what is on your order page - PG and I received CL - not sure why this is as it is - the only thing that I accept as being a correct type of cartridge for my printer is that is is written on the box - unlike the black cartridge says noting whatsoever - think this needs to reviewed and corrected. Hopefully the color works as good as the black - the only thing missing is my printer now tells me ink is running low I have to assume because it is not a "brand" cartridge

ai do not like the fact that you advertise PG210XL and when the product comes it is totally different NC-RG210XL Black - tis being said that I now have more black cartridges than necessary as I had ordered with a friend receiving these ones and not the PG ones thinking they were wrong - reordered only to get the NC ones!! Having to call and have to send picture to find out these are the right ones for my Canon MX410??? So why advertise this with PG when in fact they are not???

PG210XL is the Canon model. both of them fit your printer Canon MX410.
