I ordered this product subsequent to my previous order of ink cartridges. I am very happy with the previous one because the ink came out very good and it is comparatively cheaper. However, when this order came, I excitingly opened the package and inserted the first out of 4 in a set. I am very disappointed when the ink came out so light...it is even lighter than the one I was replacing! I don't know what is wrong with that...I shaked and turned the toner before I inserted onto the printer but, still, very light! I ended up inserting the old one back and continue to use it because the older one prints even darker ink! I don't know yet what to do with the product. Shall I return it...I am pondering...at this point of time.
