I purchased four cartridges for my Epson printer, and unfortunately, two of them malfunctioned. The seller is only offering a refund for the faulty two, leaving me with the other two that are also useless. Be aware — you might not receive a full refund if some of your ink cartridges stop working. I’m really disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service.
