It works great but then the USB-C port breaks after a year, just after the warranty is up. This has happened to me TWICE, with two different products over time as I had to buy a new one after the old one broke and was out of warranty. Every other port still works fine but considering the USB-C port was the big draw compared to the other version with only USB-A ports, this product fundamentally fails in its one distingishing feature.

I bought this product in Sep 2022. After 1.5 years, the USB-C slot suddenly stopped working. Everything else is fine. Nothing has changed, this product has been in the same place the whole time. I bought it primarily for the USB-C slot along with the USB-A slots for simple and easy charging. This effectively makes the device useless for my purposes and I have to buy a whole new product to replace the USB-C charging port feature now. I also forgot there is a light on this device. It's so dim, I never even noticed it.
