The lag screws are provided with the bracket to attach it to the wall. Do NOT use these screws. I pre-drilled holes into the stud and 2 of the screws broke while screwing them into the wall. The screws now broken cannot be removed and are useless. I had to relocate the bracket and buy new screws from the store. 123ink offered to send me new screws - no thanks! I asked for a reasonable credit which they agreed and then they did not provide. I contacted them again and then they gave me a credit but not for what they originally agreed. Be warned that you need to go buy lag screws if you want to ensure your tv does not fall of the wall!

I ordered two. The first one I installed did not work. The printer did not recognize the toner was installed. Must have been something wrong with the sensor. 123ink had some suggestions to try but when that did not work they provided a return authorization. The second one worked - no problems.
