Description on website does not match description on the item when it was delivered. On the website it says it's a 16K cable but when I received the item it says it's an 8K cable. Which description is correct?

This stand holds up my monitors perfectly. The only down side is that it tilts a little too easy to the left when I am turning on my monitor and getting the cables through the cable management system is not the easiest.

I have not used this cable yet so I cannot comment on the quality. The item received did not come with a cover on the connecting points of the optical cable as shown in the picture.

The manual is not very clear and requires 2 people to mount if you have a big TV. However, the product does what is described and holds my Sonos Arc in place. Reason for 3 star is due to the shipping. The item is not shipped in 1 business day as advertised on the website.
