It came with a dent. The board, however, is okay. They really need to work on the quality check because the box wasn't damaged. The board, however, had a dent. Three out of four items I ordered had quality issues. The support team, however, is kind. They did offer me replacements, but it was just inconvenient, so I did not return it. They should have done the quality check beforehand.

The quality is okay. I had problems with the quality of the monitor. I had a couple of email exchanges with support. They eventually offered me a replacement. By that time, I only had a workaround and had installed it with some minor adjustments. The stand sags.It's not made to hold the weight even 10 lb as it is claimed on the website. It can hold 21 lb but it can't. The monitors sag, and the arm sways 100%. It is not suitable for 24 or 27-inch monitors.
