Compatible 410 T410XL Ink Cartridge Combo High Yield PBK/BK/C/M/Y for Epson® Printers - Moustache

Purchased this product in April but did not need to replace ink until December. The colour cartridges worked fine but error message displayed for the large black cartridge. Tried several times, cleaned the heads, etc. As well the updates are disabled so not sure why I would get an error message for the one cartridge unless it is defective, which I think is the problem. I have bought this product before for this printer and it worked fine. I sent a complaint to the company in December and have not had a reply.
