They are a somewhat stiff cable, but hey it's 100W capable. There is an PD indicator on the meter when PD charging. The meter accuracy is consistent with a reference USB meter I have. The meter display is a bit dim, but that makes it suitable for night time charging. I wish they had more colours than black - I don't know how many black cables I have lost while travelling.

Cable is flexible, a heavier build that comes with a 100W capacity. I do not need the 100W, but it has easily done the 65W my device (MS Surface) needs - use an adapter and a PPS PD power supply.
