The jack Model: Cab-5385 fit. I had to grind the back-side screw hole surface down by 1/8" to get a proper close fit to the wall. I was using 1-Gang Low Voltage Mounting Bracket - PrimeCables - 10pack Model#: Cab-7013-10p.

They worked fine for me. I used a cheap push tool to push the cat6 23 gauge wires one by one into the slots and nail clippers to trim the excess.
