The back of the holder is slightly curved so not all the magnets are touching the flat surface. It's holding itself up for now.

Thank you for the feedback! We're sorry to hear the back of your holder has a slight curve that's keeping some magnets from fully contacting the surface. Since it's a lightweight mesh design, minor manufacturing variances can occasionally affect flatness. Good news is it's still holding securely for now, but if it becomes loose over time, adding a strip of extra-strength adhesive magnetic tape to the back can help keep full contact.
