This order was placed for business purposes, and I specifically paid for shipping so it would be delivered directly to the designated address, not redirected to a Canada Post pickup location. Having to retrieve the package from a central office results in more than 45 minutes of travel time and paid employee time, which creates unnecessary operational costs for our business. If direct delivery to the provided shipping address is not possible, this should be clearly disclosed upfront, and shipping fees should not be charged for a service that is not being fully provided.
