Every time I order this paper it arrives in terrible shape. Reams are busted open inside the boxes and some boxes are so damaged that we can barely get them into the office.

Thank you for your continued support and honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the repeated packaging damage you've experienced — this is not the standard we aim for. We take shipping damage very seriously and will investigate and ensure future orders arrive in perfect condition.

Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
