Everything was correct: the shipping was good, all the parts were included, and the assembly was easy. The only issue is the tilt/rocking function. It feels too locked most of the time, and I can rarely lean back in the chair even though I didn’t adjust or change anything.

Thank you for the detailed feedback, and we're glad the shipping, parts, and assembly all went smoothly. This chair's tilt mechanism is designed to recline within a 90°-120° range, so it shouldn't feel locked. This can sometimes happen if the tilt-tension knob or lock lever underneath the seat is engaged. Please check that the lever isn't set to the locked position, as adjusting it should let you lean back smoothly. If it's already unlocked and the issue continues, please reach out to our customer service team so we can send a replacement mechanism under your one-year warranty.

Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
