I haven't opened the package yet. When I do, it'll become the base for a model train layout. The layout will be tilt-able, so that I can get at the underside of the table to do wiring, plus it will be on castors so that I can move it around. The reason that I wanted it to be height adjustable was so that I could show it off to my 10 year old nephew who has some growing left to do.
