JUNK NOT COMPATIBLE WITH HP PRITER. SENDING BACK TO YOU. YOU TAKE A PICTURE. COLOURED PRINT CARTRIDGES WORKED GREAT ONLY HAD PROBLEM WITH BLACK 206A. TRIED 3 TIMES AND THEN I GAVE UP AND ORDERED ONE DIRECTLY FROM HP WHICH WORKED. YOU SHOULD GET VYOUR CLONING ACT TOGETHER. GW

Your Yellow cartridge has bled into all the paper work that I try to print in color so much so the page comes out yellow and yes I installed it according to instructions. This is not the same product that I obtained previously it looks as though you have changed suppliers, The trays are different and so was the packaging. I wall go to HP next time if t6his is the product you would send me again

I have had very few problems with your cartridges, however when I do I get immediated service and a replacement sent in the mail which arrives in a timely manner. I never have to go through the problem of returning the old one. which is great. I am satisfied with yur product and service. Keep up the good work.GW

I have been using HP950 & 951XL combo's for quite a while and whenever I have had any problem with any cartridge your company sends me a new one immediately with few questions asked. I can think of a least two occasions where the cartridge didn't work properly I called in to you CSA line and when I explained the situation the person on the line assured me that they would rectify the problem immediately and send me a replacement as quickly as they could get it shipped to me so that I would not have too much down time. Unfortunately when one cartridge doesn't work then my printer will not print anything and in business I depend on my printer on a daily basis. I would like to thank your company and of course your excellent staff on being so understanding and solving any problems as quickly as possible to keep my business running smoothly and efficiently.

These cartridges are totally compatible with the printers they are designed for. I have used the individual cartridges and the Larger Printer cartridges both and have had great performance from them. The service if you do have a problem with any cartridge is fast courteous and is replaced immediately with minimal questions asked. I highly recommend this organization and their products. Glenn W.
