Only just installed, but seems to work fine, bought to help my visiting friend who is disabled, it will make toilet cleansing easier. Parts are well made, some adjustment was needed (flexible tank hose) needed to be shorter for our toilet, appropriate part was found at hardware store, working well, no leaks so far 😊price was reasonable.
