The Pilot FriXion Fineliner uses a thermo-sensitive erasable ink, which can occasionally feel drier than standard markers — especially if the cap wasn't fully secured between uses, allowing the tip to dry out slightly. very nice. That said, it is votton-like so I don't think it is a good idea to leave it out when it rain which means we need to install the hammavk each time... And despite the description that led me to believe it was an easy install... the frame is not really portable. it is possible to put the effort desinstall and reinstall... but not in a quick and functional way... and it is somewhat a lot to carry... so it is not a functional trav3ling format... thinking I'll bring this to the beach every day would be a LOT... of trouble
