I purchased two 1000ft Cat6 cable boxes from Prime Cables. The cable itself was much thicker and stiffer than expected, making it difficult to pull and work with during installation. If you’re a professional installer, flexibility is an important factor, and this cable was disappointing. I decided to return the second box, which was still factory sealed and had never been opened. To my surprise, I was told I would be charged a 10% restocking fee. Charging a restocking fee on an unopened product is very disappointing and not customer-friendly. Compared to Amazon and many other sellers that offer hassle-free returns, this was a poor customer service experience. I won’t be purchasing cables from Prime Cables again and hope they reconsider their return policy.
