Hp printer would not accept these ink cartridges despite trying all troubleshooting tips. Do not buy hp printers. Their ink cartridges are overpriced. Shoppers Plus customer service was Helpful. I am currently waiting for a refund. Assuming I receive my refund I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company.
