Love the product...I have ordered this product twice already and it is working as required. No issues so far. In addition, the delivery is timely and pretty much gets here the next day. I will be ordering this product again soon.

Overall, no issues...the items purchased are delivering the results as expected...satisfied...easy instructions to follow and ordering is on time as expected...wondering if there is higher yield toner cartridge so that we don't have to keep ordering every so often. thanks

Overall, the combo package is a good deal. The price is reasonable - much better than the other printer we had where the toner cartridge costs were considerably much higher. Easy to install and not messy when removing and installing a new toner cartridge. Instructions are clear and can be easily followed. We have a network printer and thus we can easily see toner levels to ensure that we know status and when to change the toner cartridge. Very nice feature. Print is of reasonable and acceptable quality. One draw back is that it does about 2000 pages, so if you print a lot you will be buying lots of toner...not sure if there is a high yield toner type product - something to look into.

Overall, so far, the product is doing what it was intended to do. It has scanning, faxing, copying, printing abilities and has multiple options on how the file can be scanned and saved on your computer. Setup is relatively straightforward but takes a bit of time. I had to setup 6 computers but once done once, easy thereafter. The order was received in a timely manner and was delivered in the range of dates that was given. There was no mistakes in terms of what was ordered. Only thing about this printer that I wish I had checked for was the ability to scan/copy two sided documents. It prints two sided but not scan/copy. Overall, for the price paid and what it does, we are happy with it so far.

Overall, the product is good, it matches the toner required for the printer that was purchased. Easy to install and not messy when removing and installing a new cartridge. Lastly, the price is right for the value of the product. The order was received in a timely manner and was delivered in the range of dates that was given. There was no mistakes in terms of what was ordered. I would recommend the purchase of this product from 123 cartridges for those who use a printer that needs this type of toner.
