Height Adjustable 360° Rotation Low-Back Home Office Chair with Wheels - Moustache® - Black

1/5

Initially we thought this product was great, it looked attractive and fit our small space perfectly. Unfortunately, it did not last. After five months of very light use (sat in for short periods about a dozen times) a family member sat in the chair and the back snapped off the chair, leading to injury. It cannot be repaired as the break did not occur at an attachment point, rather the material snapped.

We're sorry for the late reply. Thank you for sharing your experience with this office chair — we're glad its attractive look and compact fit suited your small space at first. We're truly sorry the backrest snapped after such light use, and especially sorry to hear a family member was hurt; we've shared this with our product team and supplier so it can be investigated. We've already made this right for you — please check your email for the details. There's nothing else you need to do. — 123ink.ca Customer Care. Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
