The tabs clip in perfectly, but I cannot understand why they're an off color from the plates sold by the same company!?

Worked great. The plastic is a bit too flexible vs other competitors but the product does work as intended.

When used in combination with PrimeCables low voltage single gang mounts(https://www.primecables.ca/p-317568-cab-7013-1-gang-low-voltage-mounting-bracket-primecables#sku367591), they do not sit flush with the wall as the area where the screw goes though is not recessed at all, but flush with the sides of the plate. I'm not sure who thought that was a good idea... if you look at other manufacturer plates, the screw area is recessed the depth of the plate.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback on this keystone wall plate. We're truly sorry it didn't sit flush with the wall when paired with our low voltage mounting bracket — the non-recessed screw area is a fair point, and we've shared your observations with our product team so we can do better. I don't expect perfect quality, but of the 25 I've used, 7 I've had to throw out. All 7 of the "defective" ones are the same issue: Pin 8 doesn't like to press in fully, or gets pressed to the side. The tool is in perfect condition and not to be blamed in this instance.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback on these network plugs, and we're truly sorry that several of them had the same issue with the last pin not seating fully or shifting sideways during crimping. That's frustrating and wasteful, and we've shared your observations with our product team and supplier so we can do better. These are SUPER stiff...far too stiff to be used, especially on 6a cable. They do not allow any relief on the tab and thus the connectors do not hold securely in. do not recommend, now I got 98 of these things and not sure what to do with them. Oh, don't expect to put these on 6a cable, the opening is not large enough and it takes wayyy too much effort to place on.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with these strain relief boots, and we're truly sorry they turned out far too stiff, with an opening too narrow for thicker cable and too little give on the latch to let connectors seat securely.
