The black cartrige was defective. Ink got all over my hands and destroyed clothes. I left a message on web. No phone service for customer service. No one has called me to see if I can be compensated.

I had a problem with the yellow cartridge. However, Shoppers responded quickly and sent a replacement out immediately. No questions asked. The replacement cartridge worked fine. Thanks again.
