I ordered this product to take advantage of the Mondays special that you advertised on an email that I received, I am VERY DISSAPOINTED that you did not honour the special PROMOTION and i will think twice before i order fro your company again. the promotion ( free wall mount Surge protector) was advertised as an August 29th special. when i place the order the promotional item was not added. I called your customer service and i was asked to forward a copy of the email so that they will confirm the promo. I forwarded a copy of the email to Melissa, who asked at the dpt and told me that the promo will be automatically added when shipped even although it is not showing on the check out shopping cart. I finalized my order and when the order was received this item was not included as advertised , I would have not ordered the cables, had i now that this was not to be included. If it was not available it should have been marked out of stock. Kathy alikiotis
