both cartridges have been returned because are defective. my previous do work but have no ink. please call me at 514 4847391.

april 2 2017-your cartrdge hp 78 (c6578A/D sent on 03/24/17 upon inserting it in my printer produced a perfect copy. Now I know my printer was not the cause of previous problems. Your efforts went beyond what one would expect from other companies. I hope you will make deserving profit on subsequent on future purchases from me. Many thanks.

your service is excellent. the cartridges for my canon did not work which I am returning for a credit as discussed with one of you representatives. The cartridges for my h-p printer psc 750-black is ok-colour had to be changed but still seems to be a problem. i had to buy 2 new cartridges for the canon printer which is now working. i believe you are doing your best but the cartridges are rebuilt and such problems may be beyond your control. I shall continue ordering from yoou because you honour your warranties.Maybe better luck next time. abe kaufman,cpa/ca.
