The order came in 3 days. The cable looks very sturdy with metal cap around the connector which is quick good looking. Everything looks good except one little thing and that is I used to get a "Product Shipped" notification by email but not this time.

I have been with this company for years. The products they represent and their delivery have been outstanding except for this one. What was supposed to be an easy plug and play took me over an hour and there was still no sound. Finally, I had to made two trips to best buy for help. The problem has been identified as a faulty optical cable. There is no light emission at the top of the remote. Sound is acceptable though a little low. But if everything works fresh from the box, this item is a good buy at this price. I wish they could send me a quality optical cable for replacement.

I have ordered from this website for years and so far their merchandize and service provided are satisfactory except for one incident where I ordered the above black ink and when I did put it to use about 5-6 months after delivery, the ink was not working at all and it was just like it's empty.
