A small and convenient gadget. Seems to work. Hope it's durable. Spring-loaded prongs. The light goes on when there's power.

I haven't yet had a chance to use the adapters abroad, as I just received them ... however, I did order 2 of them and was able to convert from my local Canadian power to European format with one adaptor and then back to Canadian format with another - so at the very least, it would appear they work. The design is simple enough, and although the spring loaded prongs might seem problematic to some people at first, it's really not that hard to push them back in to lock into place when you don't want them. I actually like that the springs and locks keep the prongs that are in use firmly placed while hiding all others. I can't speak on the longevity, but they feel sturdy. I look forward to many years of use.

This adapter makes international travel a breeze with it's flexibility to use in various regions of the world. My wife and I both have one for when we travel to Europe as well as the UK and Australia is not too far behind if we have out choice in life.

Even though this is a bit large, for the price it's a great deal. It's very lightweight, which is nice for trips, and it comes in a little carrying case.

High quality, versatile, compact. Spring-loaded prongs can be difficult to push back into the adapter once they are released. Otherwise works as expected.

Working as expected. The retraction of the EU plug can be a bit finicky due to strength of the spring-loading. This is a minor consideration.
