Product good delivery from Fed Ex leaves a lot to be desired. Poor service from them did not think anyone was worse than snail mail, but I was wrong.

They are excellent, the only thing I would like to see is the chip set for Epson to accept. I think Epson has it in their programming to use more ink than if it was their own product.

These products work great but Epson does something in their software that either makes them use more ink than necessary or gives you a false reading on the amount of ink available. I do not know if you trick the chip into believing it is an original Epson cartridge or not but I find this very frustrating. I do not want to burn out the print head which happened to me with my Canon.
