Always the lowest price around for genuine Epson ink & even when on backorder, can't complain about delivery time. I don't purchase my ink anywhere else now.

I like the fact that the Epsom ink is less expensive, but this time the shipping time was almost 2 weeks, which held up several print jobs. Usually it got here in 2 days with other orders I have made. What happened there?

Although a little pricey, it’s not as bad as local shops. It’s too bad Epson forces you to use their brand making the printer expensive to keep. The good thing is that shoppers+ is a good source for this at a very manageable price. Wouldn’t buy it otherwise.

Works very well and lasts quite a while. Very pricey compared to compatible cartridges. Thanks Epson for making it impossible to use compatible cartridges once you have done a software update.

purchased these cartridges last week from this site 123ink /Shopper+ and after 1 clean of print head, ink level is 50%!!! I contacted the 123Ink Support and they are being rude and unprofessional/unhelpful. they told me to contact Epson. on their site ut says 30 days warranty. I will contact BBB and explain the situation . never buying anything from these scamming company.

Since this is Epson brand expect it to work flawlessly. The reason I purchase from Ink123 is that it is usually less expensive. Normally I would buy their Moustache brand and save a lot of money but Epson prevents Moustache from working on my printer.

Ink cartridges as per order. There was a problem with delivery - I was advised that the package had been delivered, but it had not. I advised Amazon, and the problem was rectified very quickly, the package being delivered the next day. I was pleased with the quick reaction to the problem, and the package was still delivered within the promised delivery, so no problem. I should add that this happened during the bomb cyclone in December, so road conditions were very difficult.

Following instructions from Epson I update my printer and now I can no longer use no name cartridge except Epson. Costs lot more. But buying from Shoppers saves me money.
