Product ok. Delivery not ok -- frequent problems with FedEx. This time they rerouted package without informing me, changing preferred destination from Staples to my home address. Fortunately I was at home when package arrived. Is their an alternate choice instead of FedEx?

Colours not as vibrant as Canon cartridges, but acceptable. Pinhole breather opening on top of cartridge sometimes clogs a bit and has to be opened up. Difficult to determine if they last longer or less than Canon, maybe about the same. But because of the much lower price, overall I find them to be a good option to Canon. Your rapid/efficient order filling service is also a great plus. When will you establish a Toronto area pick-up outlet?

The previous value pack I ordered, there was a problem with the yellow cartridge. What surfaced first was a problem with colour printing, reds and blues. The cause of that turned out to be a fault with the yellow cartridge - the little (breather?) hole on the top of the cartridge was plugged up, no yellow ink was printing, and that was upsetting the printer's colour balance. I wasn't sure if I should simply unplug the hole with a needle, so instead I just replaced the cartridge with a back-up I had. I'm a bit uneasy about using non-Canon cartridges because I'm concerned that they may cause problems with the printer head, but so far, aside from that faulty yellow cartridge, I've been satisfied. Your rapid service, however, is impressive. I live in Toronto and the order arrives within 2 days. By the way, when (if ever) will you establish a Toronto pick-up location? Johnson - Toronto
