Remanufactured HP 56 HP 57 Black and Color Ink Cartridge Combo High Yield

1/5

The item was advertised as a combo set, which was falsely advertised since the two cartridges were not compatible with my printer. I had to contact 123Inkcartridges to let them know that the black cartridge was not the correct one for my printer, so that I could get the proper one sent. I will give the site a five star view on handling the problem very efficiently and well. They corrected their error very promptly and apologized for the issue that I encountered and sent the new cartridge out right away. However, because of their mistake I did have to put out almost $30 of my own money buying the correct cartridge I needed from a local store, as I needed it to print right away.

Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
