We have been purchasing items over the past few years. We find that the service is very good. When we order an item we get what we order. We have recently purchased an HP Printer and I called to find out the proper inkcartridge we would require. The person was very helpful We have also had defected cartridge and return for replacement with no problem. Deliverary is fast .

I think its great that the company is giving you something for free, especially when you buy a lot of products from them. The bag is very handy for keeping the ink boxes inside and the note pad is always good to write stuff on it....so in conclusion no complaints here.

The bag is okay but I was hoping for a more sturdier bag and the notes pad is okay too but I wished it was a little note pad in a binder with a little more protection from such things as drink spills.
