The first time I weight myself is always about 3-5 pounds heavier than the second time. Why? Also the body fat measuring is inaccurate. I stepped on the scale holding a 50 lb dumbbell and it measured my body fat percentage higher than without the dumbbell even though the body was the same. It seems to "guess" your body fat based on your height and weight.

Really nice. Perfect fit. The only advice I have to anyone who buys this is to make sure you measure out where you want to stick the adhesive. I didn't measure it the first time and it was crooked! It is hard to peel off the adhesive to try it a second time (or third time like me...). So make sure you make some measurements to ensure everything is even and level.
