High Quality Copper Speaker Banana Plugs - Closed Screw Type, 5 Pairs - PrimeCables®

Several reviewers complained that the product cannot fit 12AWG speaker wire. Using the PrimeCables12AWG OFC wire (Model No. Cab-2789), and applying a thin layer of Vaseline to the sleeve before insertion makes perfect assembly. See picture, and wire gauge number is visible on enlarged photo.

The unit is used in the HT for zone 2 driving two book shelf speakers. Setting it up was simple and straight forward and sound is clear for high and mid range but base is not powerful enough as expected. Shall see how if perform after the168 hours burn-in.

Item arrived 5 days after placing the order. One of the tubes is cracked at the bottom where it is inserted into the base unit and does not glow while the other three tubes do when the unit is powered up. See attached picture. The left channel is NOT working as a result. All other features are tested and all work fine. Just raised a return ticket for replacement. Now await to see how their customer service works.
